    Hi Everyone not caught up sorry but just back from T's extra and DD found Twix 7 x 2 finger packs bc 6243 scanning at 68p. Plus loads of rtc cat food.

    Poached Scottish Salmon rillette with Smoked Eel, Cox’s Apple and Suffolk Samphire salad.
    Saddle Back Pork Croquettes and Hand dived Isle of Mull Scallops with a spiced beetroot glaze.
    Duck Liver Parfait with Smoked Duck breast and a spiced Damson Plum chutney.
    Warm Pigeon and bacon salad, toasted Pine nuts with a Horseradish crème fraiche.


    Main Course
    Saddle back Pork Loin, cheek and belly cooked three ways.
    Long horn Beef Cottage pie, tender sliced fillet.
    Rutland Lamb Hotpot and roasted loin.
    Seafood and Berkswell cheese souffl! pie.


    Desserts
    Sticky toffee pudding vanilla ice cream.
    Bramley apple crumble and custard.
    Bread and butter pudding with warm Edradour whiskey cream.
    Chocolate and salted caramel cheesecake.

    Well done! Congrats.

    I read the terms & conditions before I went in for the comp. & it did say you can have the meal done at a restaurant instead of your house - there is no way anyone could cook in our kitchen. Desperately needs updating, something like 8'X10' but with 3 doors! As soon as we can afford it going to brick up back door have french doors in the dining room and blocking up the door to the hallway then have an archway and a workable U shaped kitchen. Any competitions around that I could try winning for these renovations?:D
