Hello,
Sorry I have not been seen for months. I became to busy on my course to even lurk. I have just been and flicked through some of the other threads and I have missed loads including a Easter Egg Glitch.

Well my vacuum cleaner went phuft last night. Can't complain had sterling service - so just looking to replace (Dyson Animal hair D41 upright). Argos and Tesco looking best price so far - - I am off to look for codes and quidco etc. If any of you great people know of any bargains let me know ........

Dyson will repair free of charge in your home if it is less than 5 yrs old, as it is guaranteed that long, with a machine fault, or worn out. If it is anything else, ie out of guarantee, the max they charge is £79, and they replace all necessary parts, so your machine is like new again.
Good if you have the receipt, but if not they can trace the machine from the serial number for manufacture date, and estimate it's age.
I did this with an old one I was given and it worked like new after the repair, and it was a darn sight cheaper than a new one. HTH
Thanks to mad for the new thread.
I've lost my mojo a bit lately, and just skimmed a bit. Done very little shopping apart from bread and odd bits. I looked for the money off meal vouchers when I went to return a useless tower fan, but couldn't find any.
Our Aqualisa shower packed up, and I phoned for a repair. They needed the receipt, which I couldn't find:eek:, so they wanted £260:eek:After a chat with the supervisor, she agreed that as I had registered it when we got it in 2010, they would replace it for free, even though I had no receipt.:T:j. So a BIG THANK YOU to Aqualisa for excellent customer service.:D
I hope you are all well and happy. I'm off to A's with a nice list for the first time in about 2 weeks, so wish me luck as I need to rejuvenate my mojo with a successful shop.
Hugs to all.

Please does anyone know if there are any online codes from the latest tosco booklet for finest meals etc. I got some and tried them online but they not working and wondered if they are the correct ones.

Just a quickie.
There are packs of McCain wedges, all types, with an offer for a free ceramic sharing bowl. Buy 2 packs and put in the codes to get a free bowl, and it is free, no postage costs.
The codes are a bit hard to read, as they are printed backwards. I held them up to a mirror, makes it easy to decipher them.
The wedges are £2 in T, and £1 in A, so good as fillers to get a pp.

I've just voted for Frex.
Thank you for all your help and advise about my mistakes. I'm determined not to ask a question as I know how that can aggregate some on here. Perhaps I should have called myself "Thick Sue" AKA Thick Tom's sister lol.0 -
