Just had JF and Dr O vouchers expire
. Didn't get round to stocking up on JF, freezer full of Dr O pizza.
Sick of mustard mash and miss pizzas other than Dr O!
Running out of storage for cereal as getting through fuel like water during school holidays so stocking up on vouchers (and cereal!) - any other good value matches for fuel vouchers please that don't take up as much space? 2x Cheerios 375g and 1x malt wheats v M costs £6.12, pp around £2.70 so £3.42 for £2.50 fuel saving on a full tank. We do eat these so it is a good investment/long term saving!
Many thanks

No..I'm alright really!:) Arrived back from M quite late this evening (but still about two hours ago now) - frustration this week on the petfoods! It came to me getting the details of the last set of items from that aisle - and I thought: well, if anyone really wants these items, they can go to M themselves to check the varieties stocked! But then I couldn't just leave it like that and ended up writing the three varieties M stocks anyway!
I can confirm the Hellmann's Mayonnaise 430ml topdowns are £1 in M. M have Real, Light and Light Extra - all at £1 each. Offer stated to be on until 11/8/13. Dr Oetker Ristorantes (not the two that M don't stock) £1.25 to 4/8.
Here I am - I check the prices in M each week, so you don't have to!:rotfl::rotfl:(Except that, when I check them, I do them with the aim of saving everyone money rather than putting my own prices, as a superstore, up to match if I'm too low or bringing them down a touch, but not quite matching, if I'm too high, just seemingly to make it less likely for me to have to give a price refund voucher as people will doubtless put some of my cheaper items in the basket and thus lose any refund!)
First of all, an apology for misinforming - I said last night the fresh kippers, which compared from A to a higher M price, were Savers in M rather than M's standard range. This was a rare error by myself - either M has recently changed from M Savers to M without me noticing or has been M all along (I'd fallen a little out of touch with this item due to M's price, based on the weight, not being the very best I could find). I'll go and delete my incorrect reply.
Next, let's get the bad news straight out of the way (lots of good to follow though). The Coca Cola 2Ls have moved onto an "any 2 for £3.50" offer in M:(:(. Looking for the T fuel promotion, M do not appear to have 24 pack Pepsi cans, but have some 15 pack at around £10.00:eek::eek:. Just ridiculous pricing, even on T's 24 pack at £6.00 to me (only 250ml per can, and Coca Cola 24x330ml sometimes go to a half price of £5.00). Just avoid them in my view.
Unfortunately the Heinz baby juices (750ml) are it seems £1.67 each in M:(:(. The Peter Rabbit Organic Apple & Grape though is still 61p in M (for what it's worth:().
M do not appear to stock the Fairy 65 wash either. Then again I thought I stood little chance of getting down the unbelievably ridiculous prices on those. M have Fairy 38 - which seems to be the largest size they have - at some totally unthinkable £10.50:(:(:eek::eek:. I'm sure they do sell to some people at that price though.
The Hartley's jelly pots have moved from 24p each to 'any 6 for £2.00':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. M do have some of their own brand Jelly Pots (120g Orange or Strawberry) on RTC at 28p - don't know if they'll compare from A/T though.
Turning to the good news - much of which happens to turn out to be potential Tvs M items.
First though - not stocked in T - M's Greaseproof Paper (15m x 375mm) which has been a quite low 98p for a few weeks, is now down to 68p:T:T:T (unless you bought it last week...:mad::mad::(:(). This will probably not compare from T's Greaseproof Paper (20m x 375mm) which is £1.50 - although you never know.
If you can find any Mornflake Jumbo Oats 500g packs (which do not appear to be on t.com for me) in T then they are 63p in M. I don't think T have them! In any event, they're still 63p in M this time around, so, if available to you, you can get them in M anyway!
A good one perhaps - as T have just put their price up from £1.99 (watch for potential DTDs) to £2.19 (don't they realise that now allows some people to buy 3 packs and get £6.00 fuel spend without more ado?) - the Mornflake Chocolately Squares (500g) £2.19 T are still £1.00 each in M (just about until 4/8!!). Although they may not necessarily be health food though!:D
Having tried to see if T will match M on the Flora Butterly (the 1kg packs are still £2.00 in M), M have an excellent price in the margarine/spreads area. I'm "going all Utterly Butterly", to a greater extent that I was when I heard my M promote their last offer (months, months ago) on them over the tannoy in that way. Utterly Butterly 500g. 60p each in M!:j:j:j:T:T:T:T:T Last special offer seen was 90p.
As you all know, from T telling you as much in its PP t&cs, A do not stock Utterly Butterly so, if you buy it, T are unable to compare it to A. There's no 10% available therefore, so it's Tvs M £1.80 vs 60p. If T compare it this time! It's seems T only have the Original version available, but M have the Original and the Light both on 60p each.:(:(T have a multibuy 'any 2 for £2.00' on theirs! Not v. happy about that - wanting it to be £1.80 each! Oh well, may be helpful, may help reduce your PP if you're near the £10 limit and thus may allow you to buy more packs (without exceeding PP). Again, though, may be even more risk buying more, until we know whether or not T is comparing to M's 60p. That works out, obviously, at £1.20 for 1kg!! Even with 10% (from A) off more usual £2.00 found on other brand products (1kg versions), or even comparing to bogofs at £1.90 (working out 85p each, less 10%), that 60p for 500g Utterly Butterly knocks the spots off almost every other price. Even the own brand Sunflower Spread in A comparing to T's 75p.
I'm going Utterly Butterly, Utterly Butterly and Utterly Butterly over it!!:rotfl:
The M Pink Salmon 105g (A does not appear to have any own brand version around that size) is also a Tvs M item. It was 49p each about two or three weeks ago. Then it went to 99p:(. Now it's on a flash 99p - 'buy one get one free', in other words now buy twice as much for around the same total price as the previous offer price. On bogof until 4/8.
(Princes Tuna Chunks in Brine or Springwater or Sunflower Oil, the 4x160g packs, are each £3.49 in M - until 18/8. May compare from A.)
There's a few others to be checked in this product area.
It looks good if you like ice creams/lollies. It seems we have quite a few different ones, which may have just ended on offers elsewhere, now going on offer in M - so seems to be some good continuity - some store or another to compare to!
The ones in M now:
Oreo 4 pack cones £1.24 (also vs W until 13/8, in other words 12/8)
Nobbly Bobbly (4) £1.24 M
Del Monte 100% Orange Juice Lollies (3) - stopped being £1.00 in T, now £2.00 there, and now uselessly (as far as APG is concerned) on offer in O for £1.00 - now in M for £1.00:T (as long as the APG picks it up correctly vs M, which we wait to see!).
Fruit Pastille Ice Lollies (4) £1.24 M (though I think there was a problem with these not appearing or returning N/A last time vs M) - also vs T £1.24 (to 19/8)
Cadbury's Dairy Milk Caramel Cones (4) £1.24 M (also vs W until 13/8).
And, just for info., Nestle Smarties Cones are £1.24 in M:(. So just so you know, they should be safe if the Smarties cones suddenly reappear on APG - if they then compare vs M's £1.24 price. Oooo..Smarties cones appear to be missing from msm.co.uk now! (Logged out.) Meaning it should work, but not count towards your 8.
The Frijj milkshakes (Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Chocolate, Banana, Strawberry or - here's what the limited edition one is - the Ltd Ed Vanilla) are each 62p in M (same as W's price on the three that W have).
Next, I like this one (more so because of my deviousness, rather than it necessarily getting to the best ever price). Bird's Eye Crispy Chicken 4 pack (the original ones) are £1.62 in M.
So...
Those of you shopping in Sains, attempt to get Sains higher price down to match T's £1.62 on the Southern Fried version. S £2.00 T £1.62.
Those of you in T to use the Original version to attempt to get T's high price on those down to match M. T £3.25 M £1.62.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Not the best price they ever been, as they have gone down (a year or so perhaps back) to £1.49. And I think they may be slightly smaller packs as well now. But still may be quite good. Make sure you get the right versions appropriate to each store. Not the £1.62 in T. But that (T's £1.62) in S, and M's £1.62 (T £3.25) in T!
I've noticed I may have been outstaged earlier, by A wombles revealing the Blue Dragon Stir Fry Chow Mein (120g) at 32p in M (there are other ones at 32p than these - I'll let you know when I can) and the Soft & Gentles at 91p in M:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Guess who we're not going to be buying S&Gs versus!
Loads more Avs M though - off the Dove Men + Care 250ml deos (back up to full price) and now onto the Sure 250ml Deos (£1.44). Also Sure Women's 250ml at same price. Versions TBA.
Lynx Showers 250ml 94p. Is the latter part of the £2.37/any 2 for £3.00 off again?;)
I may not have much time tomorrow (or rather today - that is Thursday night) as I need to go my own shopping, to go for the final time on the Cravendale milks. So I may not be able to update till Friday. I think what I'll do is go and cross off on the M list (going to re-use posts 100-2) what's now off. So it will be easier to see what's now ended (for the next 24 hours or so). Then I'll remove from the list the crossed off items entirely when I start adding the new items.
Also seen a post (page 182) about some wines T vs A/S. Seems to me the Turner Road A price is quite high, I think these may have been a lot lower in M before. Some of the Blossom Hills/White Zinfandels may be slightly better priced in M (sorry, I was concentrating on the blooming 187ml ones, that are on 2 for £3 now in M, in case of any glitch-ons on the equivalents in A).
Okay...should have been here an hour ago..now goodnight!!:):)0 -

Don't fret.
You can make a profit using the half price Dr O MOCs if you buy A v M :money:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
As dr o codes can be input until september I have kept back my last 2 promotional boxes and will putthecode in in august, just to see what coupons they give. Should get first 3 with end date of 31 august which will work well as could use all 3 to pay the higher prices in t to compare with m.
Also think there are still some boxes with hearts on in my local.
