    Hello Sarah.

Its a bit of a long story. I forgot my old user name and my password and my email address. So had to start afresh. I have since realised it was Womble Queen, as I had myself logged on permanently on Stan's lap top. But by the time I realised that I was logged on on stan's laptop, there was no point in keeping both, so I reluctantly got rid of Womble Queen.

I still keep on forgetting my password, so its just one of those things. I have it written down now in my diary. But I sometimes forget where I have put my diary, hence the long absences from this wonderful thread. I'm always reading, but hardly posting as I can't find the ruddy diary! Then by the time i've found the diary, I've forgotten what it was, I wanted to say.

  • A couple found from a womble this morning and my own shopping - could help someone doing a shopping list:

Millicano Refills: £3.25 in A's and £2.00 in Tosco

Uncle Ben's Express Rice: 2 for £3.00 in A's and £1.00 each in Sains

Imperial Leather Soap 60 pence in Asda and 55pence in Sains

Twinings Tea Bags - 5.00 in Asda and 4.00 in Tosco.

There! My contribution for the week. Not great, but it might help someone.

Thanks Mhoc - live Wetherby way not too far and used to live in Ripon again not too far away. Went to York a wee bit when there was just OH and me but don't often take kids or if do its the castle museum or Yorvik but wanting some cheaper days out especially with the nice weather. I keep forgetting they are older now so as tricky. We are spoilt tho Leeds, Harrogate, York on the doorstop and 2 mins from the A1/M1 so quick to get most places.

Will mix garden visit with stroll down the river and thanks didn't know about the cat trail ..........

Yorkshire Air Museum is worth a visit (just off A64 where you turn for Bridlington).

Just checking - pp last night came back NA on the Rustlers. As I had a few shops to ensure pp didn't go over £10, do I complain to T CS? I bought a few so annoying it didn't match particularly as advertised on Ms website.

  • Sighs. Now i've lost my thanks button! I'm off to watch the telly instead. Oh, and I've got my eye on that M&S used sofa. My hope is that Sue manages to prize herself off by the time I send Stan round to collect it. We haven't got room for her in our pokey little cottage.

According to oxford dictionary "cosmetic" means "treatment to restore or improve a persons appearance"

Cleansing wipes restore your face to its natural appearance therefore they are cosmetic in nature ;)

    In my world anyway :rotfl:

    Eta
    noun
    (usually cosmetics)
a preparation applied to the body, especially the face, to improve its appearance:
the range covers everything from the latest cosmetics to skin and hair care

So any skin/haircare is arguably cosmetic ;)
