    Good morning Elite.

A lot cooler here this morning, absolute cloud cover, and we actually had a reasonable amount of rain overnight :T:T:T

We've been in negotiations with Virgin Media for a while. My OH rang them and they were only willing to knock off £2 a month for him and if we wanted an HD box we would have had to pay £20. I decided to Facebook them, first offer was £10 off with an upgrade on the broadband and the same offer on the HD box (we do not need faster than 20Mb broadband!!!), went back and said we do not want or need that speed of broadband, came back with £14 off and free HD box :T:T:T, nice little saving of £168 a year :D

I know Virgin are not the cheapest, but we also know the trouble people have with other suppliers as we are in the trade, so actually quite happy with that.

When my OH was on the phone to them first time round it was quite funny, he was telling them about what we could get with Sky and they nicely pointed out that if we had problems we would have to get an expensive engineer out. OH could barely keep a straight face while he explained that we were that expensive engineer :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (we are the cheapest locally by the way :)

Morning everyone, hope you all have a lovely day :)

Msm came back about the cash back limit, it's £20 per shop and £45 per month. She's going to find out about the reset day so hopefully we'll know by the end of the day :D

Wow! I need to do some more shops. As I am buying stuff that generates apg I won't be reaching the £20 cashback in one shop :D
