Interesting. MY sainsbobs didn't have the bars but they magically reappeared on Friday at £1.89 - my OH said it was typical. I wish I'd taken one to scan now to see what price it actually went through at.RootedNomad wrote: »Morning everyone
Elizabeth Shaw choc bars at my S were scanning £1.89 - now scanning 95p as of yesterday, so worth another look for anyone in the same position. Moc valid until 10 August.
The Oral B toothbrush sadly scanned £35  at my A - so this has to be worth a punt A vs S with a few jellies and a flump for anyone lucky enough for them to be going through at £8.50. Same barcode, so potential £14 APG as msm shows the £35 price.
Anchor light cream very yum on jelly - £1.48 T and £1 A, or 2 for £2 T
Also, the full fat version is £1 at S“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Why don't you just get the coupon legitimately?
The link is still good on the coupon thread...

Could be good for a Tvs M shop. (Can't remember whether on m'buy in Morries though:( as £1 not normally a good price. Need also to get the versions right - Morries have Cappuccino and Skinny. I think:o.)
...You lot always pick the one or two items I've (albeit for some reason at the time I did the check) missed out!!0 -
I've got it on my list for this morning for Sada but you don't think its worth risking? Dithering what to do now, 3 bags would last us ages ...
I missed out as well last night!
What does the Msl app. at the moment say??
[Edit: Hopefully I can drag you out of that dither:). So so typical of me very often to go into dithering mode as well, though I've matured over the years, learned to ignore some things and am now not as bad as I used to be.]0 -

Hi Savvy
I think you should price check those items you want/need for yourself primarily because it is a huge task and sometimes I sense it is overwhelming for you. But if you are keen to help other MSErs, then the prices most of interest will not necessarily be the cheapest products, but those where there are decent mocs for free, or cheap as chips, items bought in A or T. So currently Velvet 4 and 9 roll, Cushelle 4 and 9 roll, Davidstow cheddar, Anchor products, L'oreal products, Elizabeth Shaw, Sanex, J2O etc etc. I am most interested in M prices where I have big value mocs to spend in A or T, and especially so when there are lots of CS mocs floating around for T as at the current time0 -
Good Morning all.
Not sure how far i'll be going for much shopping today, but I can't believe I forgot about Lidls white choc yesterday. I only live about 300m from my local. Then again I left my house at 8.15am and wasn't home till almost 8pm, and by the time I caught up on here it was too late to go. I hope they have some left.Good morning beautiful people.
Cn anyone recommend a small folder to carry coupons vouchers that is easily accessible during shopping
TIA XXHi mrs lds:hello:
You still shoping in princes road
I need something like this too,but was thinking I need something big enough to show the whole voucher, otherwise alot of faffing about would happen.
Morning to all the regulars too
http://www.staples.co.uk/filing-binders-organisation/filing-folders-pockets/envelope-wallets/assorted-snap-wallets
If you search folders they have a single A4 for £1, or a pack of A5 ones too. I use an A4 one like these, but mine has a pocket in the front that is designed for a disk. I use this pocket for the vouchers I plan to use in a particular shop, and if i'm organised my shopping list is visible through the back of folder. Mine must have come from poundland or somewhere similarly cheap, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Worth looking around the stationery sections of T's a's etc.

They were £1.29 each or 2 for £2 yesterday.
I've managed to get cappuccino, skinny, vanilla and caramel. They don't always have all the flavours in stock at my store at any one time though. The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -

I have a chest freezer that's older than DS2 ( nearly 12:eek:) Ive lost count of how many houses it's moved around to with us. It's even lived in Germany:rotfl::rotfl: I keep waiting for it to pack up, but no it's seen many other freezers come and go in it's time
You'll probably have to wait a few years yet as my large chest freezer was purchased in 1979 when we got our 1st house. It has never let us down is packed to the gills, can't even get another cornetto in it :rotfl:
Thank you Elite :T0 -

Bird's Eye Pastry Bakes Salmon with Dill Sauce (2)
£2.00:( £2.00 But - hang fire - T's offer due to end 29/7 whilst S's offer continuing to 13/8. Good for two reasons: DTD if SEL still says £2.00 in T and PP refund vs S. Neither of which can be got at the moment. Needing this offer not to roll over though. I hate it when they put the prices down:eek:.

T Trifle Sponges (8)
89p 56p (but may be a risk, don't know why I think that - actually I do, may be because Sains' weight wasn't on its website but T one was (on T's website of course), and 8 Trifle Sponges have been 50p in Morries in the past)
T Eday Value Wheat Biscuits (24x18g)
94p 94p

Any 3 for £1.00 N/A
McVities Go Ahead! Crispy Slices Apple and Sultana (5x39g)
£1.69 82p (Showing N/A for A on msm - but if A does stock, and later goes onto a m'buy, may be a trigger on APG from there??)
Wisbisco Shirley Coconut Biscuits (100g) have recently risen in price - if your SEL says 38p, may be okay to buy them
49p ( if SEL says 49p) N/A
Lajkonik Paluszski Sticks (300g)
50p N/A
Lyons Jaffa Cakes (12)

£1.49 N/A
[T A4 Ring Binder Blue New Colour
75p N/A
T A4 Ring Binder Pink New Colour
75p N/A] - I'm behaving like an automatic computer here, so do double-check: i.e. do they count towards 10 items as non-grocery?? Do they compare to Sains. at a high price even if non-grocery? Or are they excluded?
Imperial Leather Shower Gel Hydrate (500ml)
£2.69 £1.34:eek:
Gillette Blue II Plus Slalom Disposable Razors (8)
£3.50 £2.33 (perhaps ) (S offer due to expire v.soon)
Aquafresh Extreme Clean Purifying Mouthwash (500ml)
£2.55 £1.27 (?) (Offer in S due to expire)
Wisdom Tongue Cleaner Fresh Effect Mint
£2.79 £1.00 (S offer due to expire)
2x Elastoplast Aqua Protect Strips (20)
Any 2 for £4.00 N/A Due to expire 29/7 - so maybe try later to see if multibuy still showing on SEL (£3.20 individual - but two in accordance with multi if still showing after offer has gone - but then the dental products will probably be off vs S. So either needing to find other TvsS items that are then on (new Sains offers???) or just buy 2x these strips packs in T with little all else (or possibly a Tvs A filler) if SEL becomes mispriced.)
Cussons Mum & Me Sleep Tight Bath Wash (500ml)
£1.49:( £1.49 (but T's offer due to 29/7 but Sains till 13/8 - so maybe £2.99 T if not rolled over then hope incorrect SEL, DTD & PP vs S - may be also some MOCs still around??:money: But remember.. wait till T's price increase (if Sains still has offer on).)
Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream (60g) (suitable for nappy rash)
£2.00 N/A T price until 29/7 - and appears to be cheapest price per unit for nappy rash cream unless you know different? Either - buy now? Or wait and really hope for DTD (previously £2.37)? Good luck!;):)
Not helped by Sains. increasing some prices, again:(, to match T.
ALL of the items above which show Sains prices identical to T's or show Sains N/A are also fillers for a Tvs A shop.0
