I'm in the mood for dancing this evening, even with my 2 left feet :rotfl:

Don't worry, it's not the Nolans, although they may feature later...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Strange you should mention that. While I was away, I had to see the docs, as I was poorly, and he/I blamed you.Bubbs after telling me what was wrong with me!!“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Oh well, I won't be shouting any men's names whilst my OH is in bed tomorrow night *sigh* :rotfl::rotfl:
Hi, I'm back! Couldn't miss more than half a day without you!:rotfl::D Weather forecast predicting rain, that never came:j and then back at home, still no rain, but weather charts on TV showing rain going over us (with no gap!) and couldn't see any rain out of the window (must have been moving in an angle:rotfl:). Opened the door, coat at the ready for it to be raining later on, and... absolutely bucketing it down!:(:rotfl:
Went to do a shop at A and seem, touch wood, to have done rather well (probably, perhaps). Hope and pray! But...:mad::mad:I seem to be constantly forgetful and absent-minded (about RL things) - did the shopping, came back, parked the car back at home, got out of it and went indoors...and where is the receipt??:mad: Found every signed receipt on the APGs I'd used, of course even found some coins and notes (that could have been receipts tucked down my coat pocket, but turn out not to be:() - is it in my bags?? - which bag? - every bag checked, nothing, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:coat back on, went outside, checked the car boot - empty! - checked the glove compartment and...yes I'd dropped my receipt in there (relief!) somehow in all the confusion whilst not getting any of my shopping, or my receipt, wet.
Thank goodness. Was doing a shop vs T, saw there are a number of stationery items now on msm - will they compare in APG as they show prices for A & competitors, as applicable - I doubt they will as surely they're an excluded category that won't appear on APG even if they now - quite helpfully actually! - on msm.co.uk. Let's hope they put all the non-grocery items on, with prices for every retailer, as well as all the current grocery stuff (but hopefully leave an item off for us on all the multibuys, that doesn't compare vs elsewhere anyway;)). Was going to try Pritt Glue Stick 46g £2.50 any 2 for £3.00 on msm (vs T's £1.50 single price) and use Pritt Stick 46g, individual price of £2.00, but in the 2 for £3 on a.com (seem to have two different items - or are they the same one? - at different individual prices (one £2.50, helpfully the one on msm.co.uk, the other £2.00, with no image and seemingly with the word 'glue' omitted on a.com). But in the event found no Pritt Stick of any kind at all in my A, none that was in the 2 for £3 anyway.
I had the Skips multipack crisps (18 pack) down as a reserve item to use if I could find a 'trigger' in the 2 for £6. Skips 18 currently £2.09 at T - £4.00/Any 2 for £6.00 for A. Checked a.com and checked logged in and out of msm, only 3 items showing the multi with the Skips logged in, but 5 items when logged out. Seemed to match those I could find on a.com.
But then...instore I found about eight different multipacks within the offer. Wished I had printed out the 5 that were on msm - but I thought they were the Skips, NikNaks, McCoys, couldn't recall any Walkers Squares or Doritos in there or Variety Monster Munch, so seemed to be one of those - and plumped for the Doritos on the basis it was a black/very dark brown bag and didn't recall seeing that colour on the 5 items that came up.
I had just gone to Skips 18 and clicked the 2 for £6 to see what was in multi with it.
Was I right on the Doritos? Come home, straight to msm to see if it will go to plan and... found the Doritos 15 but they're N/A in T (may be okay as some are more expensive there, but may have been better off on some of those even if had one £4.00vs £2.09 (the Skips) and the other £4.00 vs £4.15 T but paid £6 in total). Doritos £3.50 individual and N/A for T (apparently!). But... where is T's £2.09 Skips price??? Couldn't find it - I was logged out - so logged in and it's showing, when logged in, £2.09 until 13/8 - hoping it will pick that up! The Skips & the Doritos seem to be in two groups on msm.co.uk.
Should have asked this at the outset and not waffled on but...
Does anyone know when the Skips & Doritos went into two different groups??? (I only saw it - the Skips 18 - when I was preparing my shopping tonight just after 9pm - and then tried to find another item, that I hadn't seen, to go with them. Unaware when I shopped that they were in two groups - I like this sort of thing happening once again but concerned I may have shopped prematurely if they only split into groups this evening and if I've happened to immediately notice the number of items with the Skips down in number.) May be okay if I've shopped at the time when they were in 2 groups - but advice anyone:rotfl:about entering receipt and whether the two groups has only just happened tonight*. TIA.
*If so, I will need to hope and pray a great deal!!:(
(Conversely, don't want them to go into the same multi. before I have chance to enter the receipt.)0 -
