Well, that was an interesting afternoon!

Tesco 1. Had nothing on my list except danio.

Tesco 2. Homeplus store. OOD SEL on batteries. Decide I've had enough of Tesco wasting my time and pick up 2, supposedly on 2 for £6. Oh dear, the multibuy has not come off. Off to CS I trot. He asks where they were and I tell him. He comes back saying that the batteries I'd picked up were in the wrong place and says that most of the stand had the wrong ones in.

When asked if dtd applied, the answer was no because its at the store managers discretion.

It's at HO discretion now

Same store. Security helps me to my car with 30 odd magazines :rotfl:

Asda. As I'd not been able to find the birds eye fish or lypsyl coldsore cream, I decided to do an APG shop for them. Only asda don't have the fish either :(

And worst of all- the flump box was EMPTY

I bought the light one but the full fat one works as well

Yep that's right  I tried it on spreadable and 250g butter :p

I thought light and extra light worked but normal didn't

Dolmio Sauces for Lasagne 470-500g £1 in M - but probably best done Tvs A (T is £1.95/Any 2 for £3) to A's £1 as you can see which ones are online. This for fuel promo. if they're eligible.
Dolmio Sauces going into my M list from the perspective of Avs M (£1vs £1 and 10% cheaper).

    Afternoon all

Not been on much as feeling rotten :( I've even phoned the MIL to ask her to come and help me

Just wanted to pop on to say a massive thanks to Mildred :A Loving the abstract art :D

Thanks to VT for the tip about messaging Ts via FB :A I ordered a Finest Lasagne (£7) with my online shop that I told them I could have used the Italian/Finest coupon for. I'd already used the chef's coupon code. Then they refunded me £5 to cover the vouchers I'd missed out on and any inconvenience - free lasagne :D

Am still getting daily deliveries of samples to test. Particularly liking many of the attempts by companies to get you on their side ;) I guess M&B awards are good for marketing. Mr S sent their pack of nappies in a lovely wicker hamper basket :)

For those doing T vs A shops and using msl app - Birds eye rice fusions £1.75 in T (£1 A). Get half price cashback. So with PP and cashback net cost 12p. IIRC there were some coupons handed out for these too from the Birds Eye van :D
