Help needed please for the magazine i'm doing

Hi guys - sorry I need some help this month - This magazine is getting harder and harder according to my mum but this months one has stumped her so i would have stood no chance lol

The clue is : The name of a character who has been in 3 P.G Wodehouse novels. The letters we have are :- MKDAIONOBT.

Any help is really appreciated .

There is a Monty Bodkin in 3 novels which would fit except for the Y?

There's a character called MONTY BODKIN who is in 3 Wodehouse novels https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monty_Bodkin.

The letters you give are almost right for that, but not quite.

The closest we can come up with is MONTY BODKIN but it doesn't quite match up. Is there any chance your letters are wrong???

she's not answering - I will text her in a bit (most of the time they go out without their phones - drives me mad lol ) she put n her email that there was 1 letter she couldn't get so i'm quite hopeful its Monty Bodkin - As soon as she gets back to me I shall post it up
