Anyone ever Been referred to Clerical System

Hi,
My payments stopped 3 months ago due to a computer error.
Well they have still not sorted it out and now owe me over £700 the CRO as informed me that the case is now being taken of him and going to Bolton to the Clerical Team and my payments will have to be done manually because it wont work on the computer system.
So now i have to wait a week for a letter with a refrence number and phone number to see whats going to happen.
As anyone dealed with these or know if there any good ?
Any help or advice would be gratefull, i just want to get my money.

Unfortunately clerical cases take many weeks to get sorted out because there are so many of them and there aren't enough staff to clear the backlog. Last Summer there was a 13 week wait before the cases were even being looked at due to the amount of cases they had! It's the usual advice - MP complaint.

Oh Great..... Not another 3 months please.
The CRO did say it was Marked Urgent, I had contacted the Clincal Services director and he was the one that transfereed it over.
So would you suggest writing a letter to my MP now ?
Im getting a bit fed up now feel like im banging my head against a brick wall.
    Thanks Kelloggs

Yes, do it now. I am back to work at the CSA for a couple of weeks at the beginning of July, so I shall try and find out what the current waiting time is for clerical cases. Be prepared to wait at least 3 months, and anything less is a bonus!

If it is 3 months that will mean they will owe me close to £1500 and my child as been peanilised for 6 months.
I feel like going to the press doing as mjuch as possible to gte my money.
It feels like the CSA are stealing my money but there is nothing i can do about it. First thing tomorrow i am going to write a letter to my Local MP and hopefully he will get moving faster.
My BF said to write to Gordon Brown LOL

Its more likely to be 6 months plus - since the Clerical work was sold out to Bolton (Vertex) last October! Its chaos up there and doesn't look like its getting any better.
Also, as far as I know, customers aren't able to contact Vertex by phone - they don't take client calls!
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - but you will get it eventually!!

It isn't the CSA stealing money - they want to give it to you, but EDS made the computer system so shi* they can't!!!! They ought to hand back all the money they have taken for providing the appalling system and the money should go to all those affected by it!!

OMG! N71 is correct. It's chaos.

Can only help you with 0845 number, I'm afraid.

    Try 0845 050 8489. These extensions might help: 14589 /14587.

But I personally wouldn't bother because they have no idea what they are doing. Even the CROs can't get through.

    Yep...usual route...MP.

Yep..book an appointment to see him at your MP's office.

I believe the latest chief exec ( Kelloggs - you remember Ann Chant? ) does not like to meet his clients in person, so you will probably get a senior case manager.

    Worth a try.

so i will contact local MP, then arerange a meeting with MP and ask MP to arrange a meeting with us and the Cheif excu does that make sense.
Ive just wrote a letter to my MP enclosing the last 3 letters i sent to the CSA.
