My youngest son is at college and turns 19 on 13 October 2013
When do I stop paying CSA?
It never makes its clear if I pay up to and including him being 19 (therefore until Oct 2014)
If the school term has finished and he is done with college should I stop now?
Thanks for the help

If he's finished College and not yet in work, you are liable until the first Monday in Seotember. If he returns to College, for non advanced education your liability continues until he is 20.0

I seem to be reading conflicting advice that although Child Benefit can continue until the 20th birthday Child Support ends on the 19th birthday. I'm on CSA 1 and don't know if this has any relevance
As per the following quote in another thread..
It's when a child turns 19, that is if they're still in full time, non advanced education (a level or equivalent). Child benefit can continue up to the age of 20, but not child maintenance. This stops on the week of the child's 19th birthday0 -
Makes no difference which system you're on, CSA is now payable until the child's 20th birthday.0
