C.S.A advice

Hi all i have recently sold my house that i owned outright from a previous divorce settlement, i sold it very cheap for lots of complex reasons, we are now renting a property and using the house proceeds to fund the rent and current living expenses, my partner has a child from a previous relationship is my partners ex entitled to know about or have right to any of this money, as we are currently trying to get back on our feet and do not want to pay back csa arrears in the future.. any advice would be great thanks

    In this thread , it was sugested you stop 2nd guessing, and the same applies now.
    It's not your partners ex right to know anything as such, however you maybe aware that monies over £65k can be included for assesment at 8%.
    That said if you and his ex keep your gobs shut and stop fighting each other, things will smooth out in the long run and everybody can live happily ever after.
