We too have now had an issue with this, so it would appear Halifax are struggling again with the administration of this incentive.

I completed last Friday and my solicitor also didn't receive the additional cashback so I had to transfer the stamp duty amount over. Does anyone know how long I have to wait before the cashback payment is sent? My solicitor says she has dealt with a similar case where it took 2 weeks for the cashback payment to be sent.0
