I dont understand this the advisor says you can work for 12 hours a week as that will take you off Jsa? she said your stamp wont be paid though well isnt that a problem?
you want your stamp paid dont you? Also presume you lose the prescriptions and free dentist treatement she said she didnt know. They rarely mention that one?

You can work for up to 15 hours 59 minutes and continue to be registered as unemployed and receive JSA - reduced in line with the income from the employment (except for first £5 I think).
Depending on hours and rates of pay, you may be earning enough to pay NI from your employment. Otherwise, if still signed on you should receive NI credits.
Free prescriptions and so on are only for those in receipt of income based JSA and are not available as a consequence of receiving contribution based JSA.0
