Hi All
My ex has been paying child support for the last 4 years for our 10 year son. The rate was worked out from his earnings as a self employed builder. As you can imagine he wasn't too forth coming with any financial details so the csa have only ordered him to pay the minimal ammount per month
2 years ago he changed his job to full time employment working for a company. He used to do the same job when we were married so i know his income has significantly chnaged and he is now earning substantially more.
I know he hasn't informed the csa of this change so i was wondering what i should do? Should i inform the csa of these chnages and let them investiagate and will they be able to gain any further knowledge of his current income? I dont particulary want to go to court to fight it out as i dont want any face to face meetings with him (haven't spoke in 4 years)
Can the csa obtain this information and proceed without me having to get involved ? or should i just leave it and not rock the boat?

I would assume that as he is now employed, he'll be paying tax through that company rather than directly himself. I would inform the CSA that you feel that he hasn't updated his current circumstances.0
