    Thanks,

Where can I find a good broker? The search sites listed on here, one brings up a warning for "malicious website" the other turns up nothing in Leicester. There is one "no fee" broker listed which is phone only but not sure if they can help me? Where can I find a decent face to face company?

    Google or freeindex.co.uk

Avoid estate agent brokers and brokers who want to charge you thousands and you hopefully wont go too far wrong.

You don't need face to face. A broker can handle this remotely without a problem.

Managed to make some progress with this, spoke to London and Country, after going away to ring around they managed to find me some deals and have recommended me a mortgage through Natwest, rate seems very good and got better terms than Nationwide too. Been told I meet the criteria so going to get the application going. Thanks for the advice, yesterday I thought it was hopeless
