just a quick question, i applied through a broker , valuation was done on 22nd by colleys. i havent had any update since
is it possible for me to either call Colleys or HALIFAX to get an update

It probably won't be there yet. The SLA between Colleys and Halifax is 48 hours and Colleys are using the time in most cases at the moment.I am a mortgage broker. actually i just confirmed through broker that halifax has received it at their end. However they have asked 3 yrs earning proof .
its a bit surprising they verified the same thing 3 months back before issuing a full offer on previously applied property
