Hi new to this, iam looking to take out a mortage for £15000 and need advice as to with whom and over what period 5 or 10 years. I need this money to pay off a legal charge loan, on my home.

Thank you, for replying no i need to raise £15000 to pay off a legal charge over the house. House was left to me in will. And later found out about legal charge document. Would a loan or mortgage be better for me. Most places wont give £15000??. Min is £25000, on mortgages.0
