in Cutting tax
Hi we are moving to cayman islands for two years in september. I will be in full time employment overthere. We have a home we plan to rent in the uk while we are away. Does anyone know how much rent per year we can charge before we get taxed on it. We still have a mortage on our home. Also we hope we can save a lot of money while in grand cayman. When we return home will we be taxed on any savings we will return with. Cheers

Do you have permission to let from the mortgagee? Have you sorted out the insurance for a let property?
