Who has an Egg card ( or account?)

Logged on this morning to see my balance and pay it off ( my breif flirtation with stoozing come to an end!) and I was thrilled to see that if you join up to thier money manager scheme and log a bank account on it ( basically, you store some info about a bank account or a CC account etc on there, so you can access that account from your egg webpage IYSWIM)

Seems like a pretty pointless service to me, but they give you a tenner for doing it! So typical me, logged an account i barely use, instead of closing my card today, Ill wait until they pay me the tenner at the end of July and then close it :D

easy way to get a tenner paid off your debts gang - get stuck in :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I did that yesterday too :D

Was thinking about it for a while so mother can keep an eye on all accounts without remembering loads of password. This tipped the iceberg

I signed up the money manager a year ago and love it - use it every day. Initially I did it to get the free tenner but find it easier to see all of my accounts and balances in one go and dont have to go finding passwords all the time. Go for it :D

Cool!!! It is so much easier to have all my accounts to view in one place, I've even added OH's account. Thanls for posting this thread or I never would have thought to look

I investigated in the past and it only works on a windows pc *grumble grumble*

I could use my dad's pc purely for the purpose of setting it up and getting the £10 but I won't use it to actually check my balances.

How does it work? Would my security be compromised do you think by setting it up on another computer? Not suggesting I don't trust my dad or family :rotfl: hopefully you know what I mean!!

    Worth it/not worth it?

Thanks Lynz, I too have an Egg card but I am very cautious about listing confidential details in too many places. Will have to think about it but the tenner would be handy.
