An unusual situation for me!

In my current account I have £500 - most of it will go during the course of the month to pay various bills. But I am usually in red (well i used to be)

Also sitting in my abandoned barclays account I have £1600 that barclays have given me.

Obviously I want to pay off my debt as quickly as possible but with us moving house with the equity we have allowed for £5000 to pay towards paying off my loan which currently stands at £5,977. So by the time everything goes through then that might pay the whole loan off :T

Which leaves £3000+ for the egg card which is at a low rate and also the virgin card which is at 0% till next year.

So I am at a loss with what to do with it atm. Its been sitting in that account for a while and I havent made my mind up what to do with it. Its this house move thats made me at a loss :o

Oh Id pay off the Egg card - youll really struggle to find an account paying 5.7% unless you find an isa but that can take a couple of weeks to rig up.

    ooooh excellent :T

Thanks :D - its weird having money and not sure what to do with it. My finances are much better than they used to be and this extra money is a blessing so I am determined it wont be wasted.

It was weird that £1200 was sitting in my old account for a month and I didnt know about it :o All my statements and stuff go to my parents address cos i didnt bother informing barclays about the address change as i ddint use the account anymore - Doh!
