Advice please

Please can someone advise me what to do? I entered a facebook comp for baby prizes and won 2nd prize. I was asked to send my delivery details on the 25th June which I did immediatly. The following day the lady who won 3rd prize wrote on their wall thanking them for her prize. I received nothing. Left it untill last week and then myself and the 1st place winner got in touch with each other and the 1st prize winner and myself have been chatting on facebook ever since. Neither of us have received our prizes so the 1st prize winner sent them a pm and then I sent them one just asking politely if our prizes have been dispatched,we either got excuses ie my baby's been poorly,my Mother is going to post them or the latest one.....Silence,no reply even though I know its been read. On friday,the 1st place winner wrote on their wall asking where her prize was and so I wrote underneath hers asking pretty much the same thing. Within 6 minutes we had a reply saying items had been dispatched. As of today both me and 1st place winner have still received nothing. How can they send out 3rd place prize and it reaches them next day and we are having to chase ours up? I dont like to keep messaging them and making a nuisence of myself but we are feeling like we are being fobbed off. Noticed today they have another comp on their site,are they doing this just to get likes for recognition of their buisiness?Unsure what to do now. (In my message to the site owner I stated that I am going away for a few days very soon and that I would like to receive it before I go as my postie tends to leave packages on the doorstep and I am concerned they will be taken....and I got.....Silence!) HELP LOL x:(

it can take a few weeks from dispatch (depending on how they send them)
