R A Mortgages

Hello
Just looking for a little advice if possible please
We are about to put our house on the market and buy a new build ..
We have been in discusion with a company called R A Mortgages http://www.ramortgages.co.uk/ Has anyone used them before and are they a good company to use..
They have whole of market access and usally charge a fee of around 0.8% - 1% of the money lending ( they are getting back to me to let me know our charge)
We have been in touch with to more mortgage advisors but was not happy .. one of them never got back to us when they said they would and the other was not very helpful.
At the moment it is just my husband working and he is self employed which can make it a bit more difficult to find a morgage .
She has come back to us with some figures or around a 2 year fixed rate of 5.9% or 6.2% and she said they have already ben approved so they will be no problem in getting the mortgage.
Any advice would be welcome
Many thanks
Clare

    Hi Clare

There are plenty of advisers out there that will have whole of market access and who will not charge a fee

    What is the purchase price?
    What deposit do you have?
What is your husbands NET profit for the last 3 years? Does he have accounts?
    I am a Mortgage Adviser
