In store/in house competitions

Howdy all. Apologies if this has been covered already, but i have scoured the forum and cant seem to find anything on the topic of instore competions.

When i say instore, i mean the type you get, in your local stores, which you pop into a pigeon hole?. Ive come across these a couple of times and wondered if there was a thread where one could share info. A year ago i entered one of these instore contests and won £50 in co-op vouchers. Much to my suprise and delight. I've also come across contests in house in dept stores.

Im new to this comping lark, but recently got the bug having one premiership tickets through barclays, now its becoming a bit of a side hobby! Lol..

Hi there, I don't really have an answer for you but don't like to see posts unanswered.

I would guess that unless there is an email or postal entry it wouldn't really have a place on the main board, but perhaps if you do find one that is in-store only you could post it just to make people aware?

Perhaps someone else has an opinion?

Thankyou for the reply. I was just suprised not to see any on the boards. I just find the chances on winning far greater in those competitions then on anything we might enter online.

I'll post any i come across in future! )
