1. The Randstad Workout Competition (“the Competition”) is a skill-based competition available at http://www.randstad.co.uk/workout. Participation in the Competition requires registration on the website. There is no cost to register or enter the Competition. The Competition is promoted by Randstad UK Holding Limited (“Randstad”) of 1st Floor, Randstad Court, Laporte Way, Luton, LU4 8SB.
2. The Competition starts on 23rd July 2013 and finishes on 18th October 2013 at midnight. The website may be available after the closing date but no entries received after the closing date will be valid for any of the Prizes (as defined below). The Grand Prize Winner will be the person placed highest on the leaderboard at the closing date and who meets the eligibility requirements set out in clauses 3, 7 and 12. All entries must be made using a valid email address. Players making multiple entries will be excluded from the Competition.
3. Subject to the following, the Competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland who are aged 18 or over at the point of registration on the website and such persons are eligible for the Prizes. Persons under 18; persons residing other than in the UK and Ireland; and employees of Randstad or companies within the Randstad Group and their immediate family members are entitled to participate in the Competition but will not be eligible for any of the Prizes.
4. The Prizes consist of the Grand Prize (as defined in clause 5) and ten iPad Mini tablet devices (as defined in clause 8).
5. The Grand Prize is a VIP trip for two people to the 2013 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in the United Arab Emirates between 31st October 2013 and 6th November 2013 and consists of:
   (a) Return Business Class flights between London Heathrow (LHR) and Dubai International Airport (DXB);
   (b) Accommodation at the Shangri-La Hotel for six nights on a bed and breakfast basis in a double or twin room (at the Grand Prize Winner’s choice);
   (c) Transportation between DXB and the hotel on arrival and departure;
   (d) All ground transportation within the UAE;
   (e) Two Grandstand tickets for the Sunday of the 2013 Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, including transfer between the hotel and circuit; (the Grandstand tickets include the option to attend the final practice session on the Saturday if the Grand Prize Winner chooses to take up this option by requesting this no later than 25th October 2013)
   (f) Hospitality from the Williams F1 Team at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (and on the Saturday if this option is taken up)
   (g) An excursion on 5th November including subsistence.
6. Other than as set out in 5(a) – 5(g) above, all other costs will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner including transport to and from London Heathrow airport and medical insurance, which is recommended.
7. In addition to the requirements of clause 3 and 12, to be eligible for the Grand Prize, the winner must:
   (a) Hold a passport valid for the dates of travel and for 6 months thereafter;
   (b) Be eligible for travel to the United Arab Emirates;
   (c) Obtain a visa for entry to the United Arab Emirates;
   (d) Be available on and between the dates in clause 5.

10. Shortly before the closing date, Randstad may contact participants placed highly on the leaderboard via email to ascertain their eligibility for the Grand Prize in accordance with these rules. Each person so contacted should confirm their eligibility or otherwise to Randstad before the closing date.
11. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email to the address provided upon registration within 48 hours of the closing date and the iPad Mini Prize Winners within 30 days of the closing date. Each Winner must contact the promoter within 24 hours of this email being sent by emailing [EMAIL="workout@randstad.co.uk"]workout@randstad.co.uk[/EMAIL] When contacting the promoter, the Winner must confirm that they meet all the eligibility requirements for the Prize to which they are entitled. If the Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to respond to the email within 24 hours, the Winner will forfeit their Prize and the promoter will award the Prize to the next highest placed participant.
12. It is a condition of entry and eligibility for the Prizes that the Winners take part in publicity.
13. The names and towns of residence of the Winners will be available from the promoter 60 days after the closing date.
14. In the event that any Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the promoter, a reasonable alternative will be provided.
15. Randstad will use your personal data that you provide to us in the course of registration for the Competition for sales and marketing purposes, in particular, for sending you information relating to the job sector in which you have stated you work during the registration process. Your personal data may be transferred to other companies within the same Group as Randstad. Your personal data will not be passed to third parties other than as above. Your personal data, for the purposes of the Competition, will be transmitted to and stored on servers in South Africa and you consent to such transmission and storage for these purposes. Whilst Randstad may retain your personal data for sales and marketing purposes in the United Kingdom, it will be removed from the servers in South Africa following the conclusion of the Competition.
