Update.. s/he didn't show up dont know why will ring them today and see what is going to happen now today i am going to start on my soa
Since most of the "we are sending someone round" is bluff by the DCA's designed to scare you into making bigger payments, I'm not in the slightest bit surprised that they didn't turn up. They very rarely do.
Rather than phoning these idiots up, I would concentrate on getting your finances sorted out. Call CCCS or make an appointment with a CAB 'money advisor'.
