If I go bankrupt can I get a cash card. The one that works like a visa card but you must top up before you can spend?
I ask because I will need to pay online for so many things these days. Without a card to pay online I would be excluded from so many things.

Hi PCM,
Yes you would be able to get one, they're not credit checked, you just need to prove identity with Driving Licence, Passport etc etc. You should also be able to get a Co Op Electron Card but they're not accepted in as many retail / on line outlets.
