I have no flat screen TV or SKY or lie in bed all day nor do I drink or smoke.

I worked for over 26 years till I lost my job.

Being out of work is not a life style as I have no life now.

They did lie. Mistakes made and then they lied and said I didn't attend.

They signed a WP08 form which says

'I declare the information given above is correct and accurate'

If I could get a job I wouldn't be worried but since the WP cant help you get one or you are up against idiot companies who say
'We are looking for an entry level person for this position with about 1 or 2 years experience who we can really develop into the position. I'm afraid you are too experienced and the role wouldn't be enough'

OR

'We did not feel your wealth of AP experience was best suited to this particular vacancy as our clients have instructed’

OR


'she thought you are the role is too much junior for you - we're looking for someone who is starting his/her career un finance and accounting, with around 1-2 years of experience, and who is willing to study towards a CIMA qualification. So she thought giving you a too junior role would not be a good idea neither for you nor for *******'.I hope this makes sense, and that you don't feel too disheartened'


How can you get a job with these responses?

But not ALL are skivers like you seem to think and I never had a pay rise for 3 years in my job and the one before that was .98% so no increase in JSA wont bother me as I get nothing else.
