If people are struggling to save the 5 - 10% deposit for a FTB mortgage deposit, doesnt that tell you that rents are too high and deposits are too much? 100% mortgages are not the norm, are not sensible and are not needed.0

What is the point in extending the scheme (or something like it) to second hand properties?
