Nationwide Loan

Hi All
I applied for a loan with Nationwide yesterday. It said I had been agreed in principle and final checks were being doing before the monies in my nominated account.
What are these final checks? Will I need to do anything else?
I have had a Nationwide mortgage in the past (now fully repaid) - house now mortgage free. Have a Nationwide building society account but dont really use it. A Nationwide credit card which is all maintained A1. Never missed any credit payments on anything. I'm self employed with modest earnings.
Thanks in advance

They're running final checks. Could be anything, all you can do is wait. But the AIP is positive in itself.

Does anyone know how long it takes Nationwide to get back to you? and how (e.g. post, email, phone).
I'm going away at the end of the week and will just like to have things sorted before I do.

Have you tried calling them to ask how long it usually takes, if they haven't given any idea online, or in emails etc?

You'll probably get a quicker answer from them, than us.
    From £8,800 to £2,200 in 2 years.

Nearly there, just the 0% credit card to go!
