Many thanks for responses.
Unfortunately, since no one appears to be able to advice and further questions are not leading anywhere, I feel there is no point in continuing.
I feel the original post was more than sufficient to explain the facts. Subsequent reponses have not improved the situation.
Thanks anyway to all concerned.
Like all m a f i a controlled business, I know I will not get them to comply and the corrupt Ombudsman is just a joke.0 -

They knew of my son's problems many years ago. They also deny knowledge of that but I proof since the document was produced (again) follwing another unrelated earlier complaint.
The document was written many years ago.
POA was not necessary since it is a legal document giving me full control over any of his financial transactions.
My son has many disabilities including learing difficulties since birth.
PoA was necessary.
And you're aware that there's more than one Lloyds branch, aren't you?
edit: the other thing you're missing is that unless your son is severely handicapped, then he's got some right to conduct his financial affairs without others interfering? You would struggle to find any court order that restricted his ability to make ANY decisions for himself. Even PoA wouldn't be able to stop your son making his own financial decisions.DEBT FREE!
