Immedate Denture Problems

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me please

I had to have all my lower teeth out on 7th July. On 28th June I went for impressions taking so they could make my immediate dentures

I had my teeth out on 7th July and they said they could not fit the immediates as they did not fit. Sent me home and told me to go back on the Thursday

I went back to the dentist on the Thursday where they discovered I had a dry socket and also tried to fit the dentures, they did not fit at all. They sent me home

I rang back and said I was not happy and wanted another appointment, they gave me one for the Monday. They then rang me monday to cancel my appointment as they said my treatment had finished. I told them it hadn't as the dentures did not fit and I wanted to keep my appointment. I went that day and she again tried to fit them, they will not fit whatsoever. The dentist said she told me they would not be a perfect fit, I said I did not expect a perfect fit but I did expect them to fit a bit at least. Now I know they won't be perfect but there is no way they fit, I actually asked them if they had given me the correct ones. She again sent me away and told me to go back this week

I have an appointment on Friday and I know for a fact she will say they fit when they clearly don't. I am just getting fobbed off all the time and I need this sorting asap

I am unable to go to work and am losing weight as I can't eat much.

Anyone had a similar experience and if so what did you do?

Can I ask them to make me a new set as they clearly do not fit at all. What rights do I have?

They were done on the NHS

TIA
