I think you can get away with filling the form in up to and including the phone no. (i just put my old mobile no. in)
then skip everything until you get to the password bit.

heaven knows if I'll get my polish - for some reason my country keeps com,ing up as Venezuela!!d you think they have a stoke in Venezuela?? won't let mechange it either......thanks for the idea tho
