How long in the microwave to reheat bolognaise for one?

not sure how long to do this for, I think I need to do it on high? that would make sense!

When I am reheating I normally reheat on high for about 2/3minutes stirring half way through I would cover the bolognese when it is in the micro to stop it going everywhere.

Yep if defrosted 2-3 mins should be fine - you can always zap for an extra min if you need to (dont forget to let it sit)

Actually, IMHO you're safest to do it for longer on a lower heat, I usually go for 5 mins on medium, making sure you cover in clingfilm so it doesn't dry out. I find this makes sure that everything is piping hot right through to the middle, even the chunky bits, may take longer but better to be safe than sorry!
