Someone at work is clearly desperate as he's seriously considering taking out a loan for £2,500 at 59%. His credit rating is obviously not the best and I have since pointed him in the direction of MoneySupermarket's 'Smart Search' that Martin recommended in his article, but does anyone have any suggestions for any particular loan companies he could try that might offer some quite not so insane rates?

He doesn't actually know I'm posting this, but I may point him in it's direction if anyone has any good suggestions.

Thanks!

Glyn
