HP 27/28 ink cartridges

just wondering if anyone can help me to find the above ink cartridges a little bit cheaper, they are so expensive and run out in no time.
I once asked about getting them re-filled but it was only £2 cheaper, which is better than nothing but I've heard that re-filled ones can mess up your printer, so decided that extra £2 is worth paying for the original ones.
any help greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

Have you tried the Tesco own brand HP compatible ink cartridges?

I use them & they are a lot cheaper than HP originals, they last just as long & haven't messed up my printer.
  • thanks for that chas,
no I haven't tried them but will go and have a look tomorrow, thank you.
Have you tried the ink where you re-fill your own cartridges?
has anyone got any good/bad views about them?

hi, we use https://www.ecoos.co.uk we get differnet HP cartridges but know that my friend uses yours because I ordered them for him they are 27 £10.20 28 £12.69 - I have found that most of their prices are much better than ink factory, cartridge ppl etc. Or you could try your luck on Ebay.

You don't say how much you're paying. w2w have HP27 at £11.99, inc delivery. I use them and they're quick and reliable.

  • Hi, I've been going to a shop called Ink4U for my compatible ink cartridges for approximately 5 years now, and I have no complaints yet.

They have nearly every printer model you could possibly need at very competitive prices. And the best bit... if you have any problems with the cartridges (as you do get the odd faulty one) they either replace the cartridge or just give you your money back - though most cartridges are only about £3!!

I really recommend you check them out - www.ink4u.co.uk :j

Also (and I know it sounds too good to be true..) they have lots of offers on at the moment, such as buy 2 get 1 free on most Epson compatible ink cartridges!! I often take advantage of this lol :rotfl:
