Thank you MSE (and the Daily Mail) for cheap Family & Friends Railcard, one query:

I also have a Network Gold Card which I've adopted to my Oyster to get even bigger off-peak savings on the Tube/Bus. My wife does not use a Network Gold Card but I wondered if she could adopt the Family & Friends Railcard on to her Oyster to benefit from similarly bigger off-peak savings?

Any advice pls?

No, a Family and Friends Railcard cannot be loaded onto an Oyster card.
Probably because it is not tied to an individual.

As wealdroam said. But are you aware that you can get her a network railcard for just a quid which will give her a discount on paper tickets instead of the oyster(unsure if these have the ability yet to be tied to oyster)

So exactly what discounts (on tube fares) do you get with it?

    The T&C say

You cannot buy discounted tickets for journeys wholly on the London Underground and Docklands Light Railway, or Travelcards valid for more than one day.
