on behalf of my ex...
One of her ex's has never really paid CS. She has contacted the CSA but they have had no luck in tracing him. I said to her to get them to try through his tax or JC payments depending on if he still works. She said she asked them to do that but they said they don't trace through the Tax Office.
Is that true..? I would have thought they would use all availiabe avenues.

Hi
Of course they can approach the Inland Revenue -probably just trying to fob her off.
Does she have his NI number? Last known address etc.0 -

Hi Orville
That was a quick response.
Does she have idea of past address etc. Is he self employed? NI number?
I would be telling her to speak to the case officer's supervisor. If this request is refused tell them she will be making a complaint via her MP and a complaint against the CO.0 -

Nope, no idea of anything hence me saying to get them to go through the tax office and / or the JC...
I will tell her to phone them and speak to the supervisor then go from there :-)0
