RBS Natwest

Hello Newbie here and I will appreciate a bit of information

I am a FTB and currently met a no fee broker who looked into my credit file and assured me that being an immigrant in Uk with only 2yrs left on my visa before next extension Natwest are able to grant me mortgage with 85% LTV.

As part of my independent investigation, I have been searching online to see if I could get Natwest intermediaries lending criteria unfortunately I couldn't see any information unlike the other lenders

Does anyone have any idea how flexible are natwest in regards to mortgage for people who do not hold uk passport but are resident/working in uk? I know Halifax are the best bet but the broker is advising natwest has the best rate for my situation and they are very flexible. I will really appreciate if anyone has information/opinion on Natwest
Thanks all
9ice
