Oasis - spin the bottle Free drink voucher

Hi

I won a voucher on the recent spin the bottle promo that Oasis did and am having a really hard time actually getting the drink.

I have been to Londis + Tesco Metro + Sainsburys and all have said they don't take the voucher but also the barcode on the voucher doesn't come up on the system.

I was wondering has anyone else had problems getting the drink??

I was called regarding the London Eye tickets which I won and was told to call Coke Cola customer services line if any problems, which I plan on doing on Mon.

Used mine twice in a Co-op on a bottle of Orange Oasis with no problem

Got mine in a large Tesco after a bit of searching for it. The voucher wouldn't scan but they just typed it in.

I won a few week back aswell and used the voucher like you said, but when I went back again with afew vouchers it was like Oaisis is on offer and now the barcode wont work. Yet the guy who dealt with me the first time type the barcode in.

Im thinking when they see vouchers printed out its like "what this, we don't take printed vouchers" as they can be copied many times over.

Will call up first CC and see if they can send out the vouchers if not I will try again and hopefully get afew more drinks out of them.

I wouldn't recommend phoning Coca Cola customer services, as it will probably cost you more than the bottle of Oasis is worth. Oasis have recommended Londis stores as stocking it though.

Got a Citrus Punch flavour no probs in Tesco today - it didn't scan so she just typed it in.

Thanks for all the tips, im on holiday now so will try Boots and Londis and every where else that I can think of. The Coke Cola CC number is Freephone so hopefully someone will take it.

I think the main problem im having is I printed it out on Onenote and tranfered over to word and enlarged it to A4 size so anyone could read the fine print.

But I will suggest to the till person to try typing it in first and hopefully it will work. Will update everyone on how I get on.

i redeemed 2 in tesco at the same time for the berry oasis, she typed it in no probs, she was very patient actually as i had 4 other vouchers too!

Thanks for all the tips. I went into town today and after the run about I got my drinks. But sadly not all shops offered to take it and Coke CS aren't all that helpfully. Here the break down of my trip:

Coke CS - was told shouldn't have any problems as voucher is redeemable by they company Valassis. Explained my current problems so far but was told it down to the retailer and try one that will accept it.

Journey:
My local Londis - We don't take voucher, try a supermarket
Sainsburys main store - head office emailed something about voucher being on both sides?? (not sure what they were on about as all details were displayed on the voucher).
Wilkinson - We don't take printed copies of vouchers.
Superdrug - No printed voucher accepted
Boots - Nice lady took voucher no-problems
Tesco store - after asking supervisor was OK

So thanks for the and hopefully this may help someone get a drink in this hot day again.
