hidden support vest for girls

hiya, i have a 10 yr old, who is not very confident at all, and doenst like to wear a bra (just at the stage where she should start to wear one!). so, i thought, while i am trying to increase her confidence, would a hidden support vest be a better idea? trouble is, i have no idea if such a thing exists for a 10 yr old! anyone?

She won't need support yet, so why not try a crop vest? Thats what I did. My daughter is almost 12 and now wears bras, but two years ago we were in the same position as you as she didn't want to grow up either. I found that a lot of the girls bras had padding (why???) which is precisely the opposite of what a very young girl needs. The crop vest provided the modesty part and was acceptable to her. (I think M&S may do them) . HTH

I agree with Clowance, crop tops are the way to go...........marks and spencer do a pack of 5 plain white ones and my daughter sometimes wears them, sometimes a bra, she's in between too. There's no straps for the boys to ping on a crop top and it doesn't show through as much as a bra but gives that little bit of cover required under a school tshirt.

thanks guys - will head to M & S today! she does like to wear one (not padded - i think that is disgusting for a young girl!) but not for school as she gets teased (she is not the only one wearing one but she is a bit of an easy target!). so , crop tops are the way forward.
