Cashplus Credit Builder Query
My credit rating is sub-par at the moment.
I'm thinking about dealing with it when I return to Britain in October with a Cashplus Credit Builder prepaid card.
My question is do I have to use it, or can I just put £60 on for the fees and forget about it?
If this isn't how it works, would doing so have an adverse effect on my credit rating?
Cheers.

Yes, all you have to do is to make sure that there is £4.95 in your account on the day of the month which the account fee is debited. You don't have to spend on anything else.
However, there is a £4.95 maintenance fee when there is no activity for 120 days:Account maintenance (only applies if Account has no transactions including top-ups for a period of 120 days from date of last transaction and continues until you make a payment or your balance reaches zero): Up to £4.95 per month0
