White chocolate icing

Hi everyone,
I've been asked to do another wedding cake for a friend who is getting married soon. She is sending me two fruit cakes the same size to decorate and has asked me to make a soft chocolate sponge as well. She's given me a free hand with the decoration (!) and wants something natural and organic rather than formal, but she wants them all to be iced in white and to match closely as possible.
So I just wanted to ask if anyone had a recipe for a white chocolate icing that I could use to try and make the chocolate cake blend in with the other two, or any idea for the sort of icing I could use that would work well with a chocolate sponge but look okay against the other two. It'll be iced the day before (as the sugarcraft bits will be made separatly and be applied after the car journey!) so it doesn't have to be anything with a long lifespan! thanks and best wishes, cel x
