First plus / capital one
We have just had a email back from Capital One (we took the secured loan out with First Plus) saying they have turned down our PPI claim because at the time 2000 we ticked a couple of boxes to do with PPI? we are absolutely fed up! First Plus ripped us off so much we ended up selling our house . What do we do now? just accept it? please any advise would be welcome. Thank you x
