Almost all public sector applications have separated out the tick box parts for their equality and ethnicity monitoring, no excuse, an archaic system for the simplest of posts to fill.

I myself attempted to fill out a NE Lincolnshire application form on-line, after sending an email and CV for the vacancy as stated on the job description.

The form was over invented, asking more or less the same questions over and over, page after page

I gave up in the end, I am already in work but if I wasn't I would of completed it all of course.

CV's can be uploaded and displayed with software now to show the relevant information.

Ill admit though, whoever completes the whole form should deserve an interview lol.
