Before anyone says how am I purchasing two properties at the same time and why not just one, the second property is a consessionary purchase where the deposit is being gifted to me by my parents and not all lenders allow gifting like this to work but Nationwide do.0

Thanks, have considered NW but they have £499 upfront and there is no significant cash back as I'm aware. This cancels out the 0.25% difference in rates0

we got ours in april,
74% LTV
2.6% FIXED for 2 years
Valuation was £350-400 i think
We had a product fee of £999 i think added to loan.
We complete end august.

That's Ok. The advisor who I spoke to is off work today and was very insistent that I don't apply online but do it over the phone with him when he's back tomorrow. I feel like doing it online today for the sake of getting things going + not having a long phone call.

They usually have targets and are always commission based from what I know.
