Just a brief one,
Csa claimed i owed £500 for arrears.
After looking at case it rose to £7000.
Claimed calcs for 2004-2006 were short.
Also Previous employer deducted £1500 over 5 months and did not forward to Csa. Before going into liquidation in 2007.Then reopened again 1 week later.
Csa Did not spot the missing payments at ALL!!!
They were spotted when got statement in jan 2013.
Csa claim i owe for employer not sending payments even when deductions on wage slips.
Are arrears able to qualify for Statute bar law?
Why Csa refusing to chase co.?

I never got them, used to ask regularly for them in writing, never received 1 EVER...!!!
But then i never expected them to send one, it took them 9 months and my MP to get anything out of them, my SAR's request even got sent to the wrong address...
Incompetent is not a strong enough word for them...0 -

Seems strange, I get one every year and checked with my mates who are customers and they get them too, when I say statement, I mean the payment schedule.0 -

CS2 should automatically issue a collection schedule to NRPs and a payment schedule to PWCs every 12-months. I think I remember one or two cases where it hadn't, but they were most certainly exceptions.0 -

I hear people mention them but my husband has never had one (he is on CSA 1). Even when he has asked to have one they have ignored his requests. The MP managed to get them to send a breakdown of payments but that was a couple of years ago and there has been nothing since. My husband doesn't have any arrears, but it would be good to get a schedule every year so that we could spot any errors and get them corrected.0 -
My husband didn't have an annual payment schedule, we had no idea he was under CSA jurisdiction until a year ago!( I expect most of you are familiar with our case from advice asked for on this site!)We paid direct to pwc & have every bank statement so had no reason to think we should be hearing from them! There was a case open when they first separated but she agreed to have direct payment & said the case was closed. We were very shocked to hear from them after so long!!0

We are on CSA2,have been since the start,4 children to the one pwc and have been at same address. Don't they think the pwc would have mentioned it before 2011 if she wasn't getting any CM money!0
