Mortgage product withdrawn after mortgage offer received

I've just checked a few things on my lenders website and come across the fact that our product (which we applied for via a broker) has been withdrawn and replaced with a higher interest rate product.
Any ideas where this leaves us? We have had the formal mortgage offer, but are in the process of finding an alternative property after we had to pull out of first owing to issues with the property.
It states in the offer letter that the product has been 'reserved', so I'd like to hope that I can still get it...but suspect its not that simple!
