Terms and conditions- Seller Dynamics Competition Prize Draw


1. Each month’s Seller Dynamics prize draw is open to anyone who enters the prize draw by midnight on the last day of any given month. Staff Members of Seller Dynamics are not eligible to enter the draw (sorry!).


2. Entry to the prize draw is only by using the form on www.sellerdynamics.com, at page http://www.sellerdynamics.com/Competition.aspx


3. There is one prize each month..


4. Each month’s prize draw closes at midnight on the last day of the month, with winners drawn by the 15th day of the following month at the latest.


5. All winners will be notified in person by email by the 28th day of the following month, ie a day or so after the winner is drawn. After this, the prize will be ordered and delivered to an address of the winner’s choosing.


7. There is no cash alternative to the prize.


8. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.


9. In the event of any dispute, Seller Dynamics’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


10. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Anyone making multiple entries for the same competition will be excluded.


11. By entering the prize draw Seller Dynamics may contact you by email or telephone with further information about their products and services. Should you be lucky enough to win, we may also use your name and details in publicity for the competition, including but not restricted to press releases, blogs, tweets, Facebook entries, and emailings. By entering the competition, you agree to us doing this. We may even ask you to participate in said publicity eg by posting a picture of yourself with your prize. It would be nice if you agreed to this though clearly we can’t force you.


12. The winners are responsible for paying any income tax due on the prizes. Sorry, but we have to put this bit in.


13. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
