Donating to National Debtline

I want to send a donation to National Debtline for their excellent advise and responses that I've had with a couple of issues.

Should I send a cheque made payable to "National Debtline" to their postal address?

How do individuals donate to them?

They are part of the Money Advice Trust[STRIKE], who although they are a registered charity, I don't think normally accept donations from individuals?[/STRIKE]

I'll see if the National Debtline rep can comment?

[STRIKE]They may perhaps be able to suggest another worth cause they are involved with?[/STRIKE]

  • Cheers for your reply fermi.

I always have the option of sending them an email regarding my enquiry. The truth is they have saved me considerable money on two occasions. They were quite brilliant and any emails I sent were responded to quickly with a comprehensive answer.

    Hello Ciderking,

It is with thanks to Fermi for highlighting this thread to me. It's always a wonderful feeling to learn that we've done a great job - your kind comments are gratefuly received!

It is possible for the public to make a donation, it is a very kind gesture and hugely appreciated. A Cheque would need to be made out to 'The Money Advice Trust', our address is:

    Money Advice Trust (National Debtline)
    21 Garlick Hill
    London
    EC4V 2AU

Please ensure that you include your name and address so I can make sure that the advisers who have responded to your query can be informed; I'm certain that they will be delighted to learn of your positive feedback!

    Best wishes,

    David @ National Debtline.
